Forgive and Forget Spell

How many times have
you found yourself obsessing over the past, which cannot be changed?
Cast this spell to forgive those who have hurt you and forget
transgressions against you. Take back your worrisome energy and stop
obsessing.
Hold you hands over your heart and chant:
"Like the Earth wise and knowing,
I am always growing,
Like the air that blows today,
I let the past blow away,
Like the fire burning bright,
from what burns I make light,
Like the water flowing fast,
I move away from the past."
Gently rub the area over your heart, and as you recount old hurts, feel them release from your heart into your hands. Now, forcefully open your arms and hands, casting your old hurts out into the world to grow, blow, burn, and flow away from you.
